Various Updates

salam aleekm ya’ll

i’m really in sort of a blank mood lately with not much to talk about..makes me miss my period drama loveious mood XP

anyways, i literally have to drag myself into doing any useful work, probably cus college is starting so i have to empty all my laziness/slackness for the days ahead lol..

i finally finished most of the line art from the story pictures , and i’m starting on the coloring work, here’s a sample

oh yea and if you didnt know already, i entered this caricature for a contest thingy , but turns out they evaluated all works before i sent mine XP tough luck here’s the caricature

what else .. oh yea i finally found my sought after studded rocker style belt, but turns out one of the steel buttons wont seal for some reason, bummer

anyhoo i have to go shopping again to buy more college wears and such..

and i still have to go through my ID drama, i keep ditching every appointment they give, never in the mood to go there dunno why lol<< if you didn’t know this i lost all sorts of personal IDs and have to go through such hassle to get new ones XPXPXP

i have a new drawing i’ve been working on for a while.. even though it didn’t turn out as i expected lol

i call it “Determination”^^

the idea behind it is that even though the balloons of the past keep blowing their whistles and the future is about to pop her work any minute

she’s still determined to blowher balloon .. << the idea seemed cool up in my hand but now that i see it lool hehe well..

i finally finished my designs for the parasitology life cycles.. weee ~^_^now i can draw again..

i’ll be glad to hear what you guys thinks ..

oh yea and it’s been really a drag for me the past 2 weeks s i mean i had the worst sugar rush ever >< i was practically addicted to chocolate and coffe, they were a major part of my diet and to top things off  i kept watching old victorian romantic movies like jane eyre and pride and prejudice.. since i was constantly in a lovious mood lool,  i didn’t feel like in the mood to do anything else , i barely finished those designs 2 days past deadline lol^^

oh and i’m off on a road trip to Salalah tonight , im sooo excited but i hope my trip companions behave themselves in the car lol.. i’ll take tons of pictures and i might draw something to kill time so wish me luck and safety on my trip^^

so i volunteered for a team that’s doing a remake of our parasitology booklet..

they asked me to re-design the life cycles of some lessons .. but since i spend more time designing than drawing i decided to draw a whole new simplified”in my opinion”cycle..

if you’re not a med student and you managed somehow to understand what’s going on there then kudos for you my friend ^^

here it goes, it needs more polish i know

A woman is all so feminine and sweet.. but in rough times she can put femininity aside and give you a taste of her mind

there should be more self defense centers here in KSA..

i’m feeling a bit edgey about working in the hospital next semester.. especially the parking space it  always gives me the creeps, even in day light..

i can’t believe i finally finished 2nd year med .. YAY^0^alhamdu li Allah

i have aloooooot of plans for this summer, big plans ^^ in Allah’s willing i’ll get to them all..

anyways i ahve a new nail art design that i’ve been meaning to post for ever..

Golden Nails with my name in Arabic calligraphy << Sweeeeeet

it’s veery easy to do.. and you can do it too

first apply a thick layer of your golden or brass colored NP i used this one

after that apply some golden glitter to the periphery of the nail.. sort of like framing your nail with glitter..i used this

okay,, next is the fun part ^^ take an extra thin brush.. any thin brush you can put your hands on ,, weather it was for nails, oil painting.. or even a dried out calligraphy pen..

i used the one that came with my glitter NP..

load your thin brush with a thick black NP .. mine was very old and had a thick conisistency..

and after that get craetive^_^ i wrote my full name on the thumb and the separate letters on each finger.. if your name has more than 4 letters .. you can combine 2 letters

in one finger.. bottom line .. it’s a piece O cake
